This is a Reconciliations Clerk position within a small team, and reporting into the Finance Manager. The suitable candidate will join an excellent business known for their internal culture. The company encourages personal development and growth, and the Finance Manager actively implements this in their team.

Job Specification

* Perform daily bank reconciliations of a number of product accounts

* Raising cheques, and monitor cheque payments

* Input daily transfers and payments on to relevant internet banking system

* Provide back-up support to the cashier function

* Produce management information as determined by direct line manager

* Understanding of client money regulations

Person Profile

* Keen to develop themselves and play an integral part in the business’ growth

* Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders

* With previous experience using Excel

* With previous experience dealing with high volume reconciliations

* Available on short notice
