We are looking for a consultative and strategic CFO (seasoned or aspiring) who can provide creative and thoughtful recommendations to the business on aspects such as Finance team structuring, project and investment risk management, growth strategies, long-term financial planning, project feasibility, and business partnering while having a strong awareness of cash flow management, financial and statutory reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting.

It is important that you have prior experience and knowledge of residential and commercial developments, that you have confidence in your systems ability on both the financial ERP and construction software front while being the type of person that genuinely enjoys managing people and knows what it means to provide strong leadership when necessary. Managing upwards as well as to your team will be pivotal to your success in the role. Being able to manage expectations while having the foresight to spot and highlight potential issues before they happen are skills that are highly sought after.

You will be working closely with the businesses major banking partners as well as Investment Banks with regards to the company Fund and Investment management interests. It's therefore essential you have a high level of professionalism, can adapt your style to a particular audience and that you have the ability to manage expectations with first-class communication.

Having a strong work ethic, thinking outside the box, and being nimble with regards to changing requests and priorities will also be important.
