Responsibilities:


Provide strategic financial support and analysis to senior stakeholders
Oversee planning cycles, forecasting, and budget management
Drive the development of performance metrics, reporting templates, and financial management automation
Support financial due diligence for strategic activities such as mergers, acquisitions, or refinancing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights

Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant with experience in Private Equity backed businesses
ACA qualified from a Big 4 / Top 20 accounting firm
Proven track record in budgeting, reporting, and financial systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Commercially aware and solution-oriented mindset.
