NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful leisure business to support their ongoing search for an Interim Finance Manager in Basingstoke for a 12-month fixed term contract.Your Role While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure work is completed
• Focussing on developing and implementing process improvements to ensure efficient business procedures, improved productivity and better results
• Preparation of insightful monthly reporting and producing relevant KPI data that will drive business performance
• Preparing and monitoring all company accounts to produce insightful analysis, including from the profit and loss, and the balance sheet
• Maintaining data for VAT returns, quarterly and ensure that accounts are reconciled and checked regularly

You MUST Have: Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:

• A qualified accounting professional or be considered qualified by experience
• Good experience handling/managing transactional finance elements
• Excellent managerial and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills in order to communicate successfully with varying stakeholders regarding valuable financial information

The position holder will be overseeing the transactional elements of the finance function, ensuring these are completed on time and accurately, as well as supporting the development of the team and function by reviewing processes and seeking a culture of continuous improvement.The successful candidate who is selected could see a starting salary of up to £60,000 and an additional benefits to make an attractive package.
