What you'll bring:

• Solid experience in accounting and taxation with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to apply it to practical situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Experience with SMSFs (preferred but not essential)
• A passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
