Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management, tenant relations, or a related field
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts independently and effectively
- Decision-Making: Confident in making decisions and taking ownership of tenant-related issues
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software, MS Office Suite, and basic accounting systems
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others, while also being able to work autonomously
- Knowledge: Familiarity with property lease laws, billing practices, and tenant management protocols

- Property management certification or related qualification
- Experience working with real estate agents or in a leasing office environment

- Tenant Support:
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular tenant meetings to ensure satisfaction and resolve ongoing concerns
- Act as a mediator in disputes between tenants, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions
Billing & Dispute Resolution:
- Handle tenant billing disputes, working closely with accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
- Review and explain billing statements, rent adjustments, and charges to tenants
- Provide clear communication about payment deadlines and other billing-related inquiries
Lease Management:
- Draft, prepare, and sign new lease agreements with tenants
- Ensure all lease documents are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all signed lease agreements
Agent Coordination:
- Work closely with real estate agents for tenant placement and property showings
- Assist agents in addressing tenant concerns and ensuring smooth communication
- Ensure all agent and tenant activities align with company standards and property policies
Independent Decision-Making:
- Empowered to make decisions regarding tenant-related issues within the scope of company policy
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to make informed, independent decisions when necessary
Collaboration & Teamwork:
