Finance Manager - Boutique Wealth Management Firm
Location:
London (Mayfair)
Role: Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid (2 days travel to Basildon Essex weekly will be required)
Salary:
£60,000-£80,000 (Negotiable)

Are you a finance professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced and growing wealth management firm? Our client, a boutique financial services company, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, provide strategic insights, and drive process improvements.
The Role:
In this hands-on role, you will:
Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
Support senior leadership with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Manage client-related financial processes with precision and professionalism.
Lead projects such as general ledger migrations and automation initiatives.
Improve reporting processes and streamline workflows.
What We're Looking For:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sector. (ESSENTIAL)
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Hands-on experience with Sage or Xero, including automation and reporting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of UK GAAP and FCA compliance (highly desirable).
