The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making. You'll provide real-time financial insights, challenge assumptions, and ensure optimal performance across our business units. This is a business-facing role giving you the chance to work closely with senior leaders while making a real impact.
Your Key

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the COO and their leadership team, including Heads of Claims, Customer, Fraud, Broker Services, and more.
  • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and strategic insights to senior business leaders.
  • Lead on monthly business unit reporting, forecasting, and annual business planning.
  • Conduct expense reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and model financial changes.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver financial models, scenario analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Drive efficiency, cost reductions, and finance transformation projects.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks, including year-end audits and other strategic finance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
  • Proven experience in FP&A / Business Partnering.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including building financial models.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative problem-solver with high commercial acumen.
  • Insurance industry experience (desirable).
  • Finance transformation project experience (desirable).
