We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our team at a leading Fund Manager. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and fund-related accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial reporting process for corporate entities within the fund structure.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and statutory reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate calculation, allocation, and reconciliation of management fees and other fund-related expenses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers and senior finance professionals, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Review and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and aid in management reporting;
• Continuously improve accounting processes and financial controls.

About You

• CPA or CA-qualified (or working towards completion).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting, ideally within funds management, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, management fees, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with fund accounting software is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
