A dynamic mining manufacturer based in the East Rand is looking to employ a CFO with 5 years' experience in a similar role. Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• B.Com in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Valid Driver's License and Own vehicle
• 5 years' experience in the Mining or Manufacturing Industry
• Proven experience as a CFO/ FM / FD or equivalent leadership role in a similar industry
• MS Office, BAAN or Power BI (Essential)
• Experience and ability to utilize data through tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel etc
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in managing full accounts department with accurate and innovative reporting for both management accounts as well as meeting accounting standards
• Knowledge of reporting standards for local as well as international partners
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams
• Provide strategic recommendations regarding company investments, cash flow management, and budget allocation to ensure financial health and sustainability
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and retention
• Lead IT strategy development and implementation to support business objectives
• Manage support services functions, including facilities and administrative services
