We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation seeking a Capital Analyst to implement and maintain a robust capital management framework. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient capital allocation, risk-adjusted returns, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain capital allocation frameworks, ensuring optimal capital deployment.
• Analyse capital strength, returns, and performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights into capital optimisation, product pricing, and financial modelling.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and rating agencies.
• Monitor and refine capital performance measures to enhance business value.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications: Honours degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, or Financial Mathematics.
• Experience: 2-4 years in capital management, risk analysis, or financial modelling.
• Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, financial modelling (Excel, Python), and exceptional report writing and presentation abilities.
