Opportunity

This role sits within the Advisory Team, providing a mix of strategic involvement and hands-on experience. While compliance is an essential part of the role, you'll also have opportunities to work on impactful projects like Virtual CFO functions, valuations, and management reporting.

• Handle compliance requirements while identifying opportunities to deliver strategic value.
• Deliver tailored advice to meet clients' unique needs, covering financial strategy, tax planning, and business growth.
• Take on high-level responsibilities, including financial oversight, management reporting, valuations, and R&D initiatives.
• Build trusted connections by understanding clients' goals and helping them succeed.
• Work on intricate accounting tasks for large corporations, SMEs, and family groups, expanding your expertise and solving complex problems.

Candidate

• 2-3 years of experience in Australian Public Practice.
• Currently completing CA or CPA qualifications, showing commitment to professional development.
• Early experience in working on technical strategies, particularly in areas like Group Tax Planning, Fringe Benefits Tax, Division 7A and Capital Gains Tax.
• Keen interest to learn and expand your knowledge base within the accounting field.
• Aspirations to transition into a client-facing role within the next 6 to 12 months, demonstrating a desire for career progression and leadership opportunities.
