- 1-3 years' experience in financial crime, compliance, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- A degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- AML certifications (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS) are a plus but not essential.
