About the Role
As an Executive Analyst, you'll work closely with a talented team to support clients across industries, helping them navigate financial crime compliance and risk management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analysing trends, preparing reports, and providing tailored recommendations to clients. From AML and CFT to fraud and sanctions, your work will cover a broad spectrum of financial crime disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify risks and recommend solutions.
• Assist with client compliance reviews and audits.
• Prepare high-quality reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to solve unique challenges.
• Stay ahead of emerging risks and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone with an analytical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive to make a difference. You'll need:

• 1-3 years' experience in financial crime, compliance, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• A degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• AML certifications (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS) are a plus but not essential.
