We are seeking two dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Head Office Finance Team as Financial Assistants, based in Cape Town CBD.
Minimum Requirements:

- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Deadline-driven, with excellent time management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (debits and credits).
- 3 years' experience in a similar role (advantageous).
- Proficiency in accurately preparing, recording, and processing accounting transactions.
- Ability to analytically review and investigate irregularities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with ownership of assigned tasks.
- Effective communication skills to provide or obtain information.
- Clear understanding of procedures within a retail and stock control environment.
- Proactive in identifying risk areas and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ability to create or improve reconciliations to enhance accurate and efficient reporting.
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting (essential).
- Background in Finance.
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting (essential).
- Degree in a finance-related field (advantageous).
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy (essential).
- Proficiency in Excel at a basic to intermediate level (essential).
- Reliable transport to the office in Cape Town CBD.
