Senior Accountant, Bryanston

Key Responsibilities include:

• Payroll
• Full Function on payroll (Including Accounting Side) - ERS Biometrics & BuildSmart
• EMP501 submission
• Full Function on Accounts - BuildSmart & Excel
• Cashbook
• Monthly journal entries
• Suppliers
• Debtors
• Subcontractors
• Daily Cashflow Forecast
• Intercompany Transactions & Reconciliations
• Transfer of Materials
• Fixed Asset Register & Depreciation
• Stock Adjustments
• Provisions
• Exporting of payment batches
• Manage pay cards expenditure
• Month End & Year End roll over

Extra duties:
Dealing with auditors, supplier queries, debtors queries, ad hoc payments & monthly payments
Preparing & tracking of daily cashflow forecast
Online Banking - Standard Bank
Loading payments and new suppliers
Importing of batches
Reviewing
Preparing all payment documentation for payments

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Minimum BComm Accounting or Qualified by Experience - 8 years
• Minimum 3 Years experience (in the property Industry would be huge advantage)
• Pastel Accounting
• BuildSmart - A MUST
