PAYROLL COORDINATOR - TYNE AND WEAR

As part of our growth we are looking for a Payroll Coordinator in Tyne and Wear where you will be part of a global finance team.!
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Summary & Objective
The Payroll Coordinator ensures accurate processing, payment and recording of the UK & International payrolls and supports the finance team as needed.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position :
• Processes timely and accurate regular bi-weekly, bonus and commission payrolls for all required locations.
• Reconciles payroll prior to transmission to payroll provider and validate confirmed reports. •Ensures appropriate taxation of employer paid benefits.
• Processes legal orders of wage garnishments, completing compliance reports as required. • Executes time and attendance processing and interfaces with payroll.
• Develops ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
• Processes manual check and relocation metrics.
• Updates and reconciles monthly bank statements from payroll provider.
• Provide payroll reporting support for financial audits.
• Performs other payroll or finance related responsibilities as required and reports to the Crowther facility for audit, recordkeeping, or in-person meeting purposes as required.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Ideally 4+ years of experience processing multinational payroll.
• Experience using payroll systems; Immedis, UKG, Kronos or preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong knowledge of relevant international payroll regulations.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and reporting.
