You'll take ownership of FP&A activities for multiple business units, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. This is a chance to influence the financial planning processes and contribute to a business driving billions of pounds in future investments.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Full FP&A ownership for assigned business units, including end-to-end P&L and cash flow reporting and planning.
- Prepare, consolidate, and review cash flow forecasts (short- and medium-term), ensuring accuracy and providing challenge to assumptions.
- Deliver liquidity reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
- Enhance the use and functionality of a recently implemented planning and reporting tool.
- Contribute to high-profile transactions and strategic ad hoc projects.
Background:
- Minimum 18 months in an FP&A role within a large corporate (revenue > £300m).
- ACA or ACCA qualified (exceptionally strong candidates may be considered by exception).
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering value-add analysis and insights to support decision-making (e.g., new KPIs or reporting that drove change).
- Comprehensive P&L and cash flow reporting experience at a group or significant business unit level.
- Advanced Excel modelling skills, including integrated financial statement models (P&L, BS & CF).
- Strong report writing skills, including narratives and presentations for routine and ad hoc outputs.

- A motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing decisions at senior levels.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
- Consistently delivers accurate and high-quality outputs.
