Salary range: £55,000pa - £62,000pa The role:

Payroll

Full end to end processing of our monthly in-house payroll.
Working alongside HR contacts at each of the studios to collect payroll data and ensuring this is entered into the payroll system (Workday).
Manually entering data as and when required.
Paying the necessary disbursements (e.g. HMRC liabilities, court orders etc.).
Managing parental leave calculations.
Ensuring all tax year end processes are completed (P60s, P11D(b)s).
Processing the monthly pension upload.
Working closely with the Finance team for payroll reconciliations.
Consistently reviewing processes to ensure optimisation.
Working with the systems team to ensure the configuration of business processes in Workday meets payroll requirements.
Taking ownership for payroll compliance.
Being the main point of contact for any payroll queries. Benefits

Managing the annual benefits renewal process.
Uploading necessary reports for our benefits provider.
Coordinating onsite days and virtual sessions (e.g. pension roadshows, health screenings, flu jabs).
Communicating benefits to employees, ensuring that staff are aware of the current offerings and informed of any changes.
Competitor and market research for new benefit providers or offerings.
Being the main point of contact for any benefits queries.
