Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially savvy individual to collaborate with senior management, business leaders, and functional leaders across the company. This individual should have a strong understanding of an FP&A system and be eager to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of models and reports. If you are passionate about FP&A and want to make a lasting impact on a highly visible and expansive role, this opportunity may be for you.
  • Produce global and local budgeting and detailed budget to actual reporting.
  • Develop and test various financial scenarios to assess the potential impact on the company's global financial standing.
  • Develop and consistently enhance MI reports using Adaptive Planning Dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Investment, Technology and Corporate divisions to explore new ways to utilize FP&A's capabilities to support them.
  • Evaluate and interpret extensive operational and financial data, transforming it into relevant and targeted information and reports that provide valuable insights to guide decision-making and business cases.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic / Commercial Finance with proficiency in an FP&A tool (Workday Adaptive Planning preferred).
  • Highly analytical with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving involving financial modelling and working with large data sets.
  • Detailed orientated with high standards for quality, efficiency and accuracy in their work.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great communicator, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships and driving impact.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and evolving environment and embraces change positively.
  • Asset Management / Financial Services experience desirable.
