The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing administrative support to the banking and insurance portfolio. Manage group banking queries, undertaking trade instruments i.e bonds and administrative activities; co-ordinating updating mandates and collating mandatory banking compliance activities i.e SARB application for renewals on intercompany and foreign payments. Insurance activities i.e, processing claims, ensuring accurate and efficient customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, policy renewals and co-ordinating group insurance reporting timely. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service abilities, as well as an understanding of insurance policies and procedures and high level of professionalism to communicate clearly and concisely with both banking and insurance partners.

Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of a matric is required; a certificate or diploma in insurance, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an insurance, financial services, or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with banking procedures i.e local and foreign payments process with a high level to track and communicate.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and insurance policies.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries.
- Understanding of insurance regulations and renewal requirements.
- Understanding Banking regulations and renewal requirements with regards to SARB applications on foreign payments, and exchange control documentation requirements.
- Strong mathematical, and accounting knowledge to split Insurance billings across the group.
