Position Summary
The Senior Investment Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firms investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and strategic planning. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to key decision-making processes and helping drive the success of the firms investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Investment Sales
- Sell the companies fixed income products.
- Close business over the phone and via zoom calls.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating deal terms with counterparties.
- Portfolio Management
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for growth and operational improvement.
- Collaborate with portfolio management teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Market and Industry Research
- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments that could impact the firms investment strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Mentorship and Leadership
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- 2+ years of experience in investment sales, private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment industry.
- Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management.
- Business development background.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
