What You'll do :

Create and maintain accurate supplier accounts

Verify and balance financial records for income sources and retail transactions

Process invoices and update purchase orders, ensuring all reconciliations are completed

Confirm payments and allocate them correctly to cost centres

Reconcile income streams and retail transactions

Resolve any supplier queries and address goods-in discrepancies

Manage and process staff expense claims

Provide accurate financial data to support year-end audits

The perfect candidate will be an experienced Accounts Assistant, bringing at least two years of expertise and a deep understanding of the full purchase ledger process, including managing high-volume reconciliations across multiple income streams.
