Are you an experienced, qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) looking for an exciting new challenge?

Our client are a dynamic and progressive business with proven growth year on year. As a Development Accountant, you'll play an integral role in providing robust and innovative development accounting and financial reporting services for the business and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Development Accountant, you will:

• Monitor and report on the ongoing performance of the Groups development portfolio.
• Reconcile development costs to date to facilitate accurate cash flow forecasting for the Treasury team.
• Review project appraisals.
• Assist with cash flow preparation and analysis to manage intra-group loan facilities for development and commercial activities.
• Oversee and produce monthly management accounts.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide monthly financial reports to senior stakeholders.
