Yellow Dog Networks, Inc. is looking for an accounting professional to assist in managing financials.

Responsibilities will include payroll, monthly financial reports, AR/AP, reconciling bank statements, preparing daily bank deposits, assisting with month and year end closing process, assisting with credit and vendor relationships, and assisting customers with payment issues. Role also includes some administrative duties.

Loooking to fill position with an expected start date of January 2025.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• AR/AP/Collections
• knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Quickbooks
• Outlook

Preferred but not necessary:

• IT experience

Knowledge and skills:

• detail oriented and highly organized
• takes initiative and self motivated
• excellent written and oral communication with all levels of an organization
• ability to multi-task daily

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
