Collaborate with the team, manage time within budget, and proactively update the Senior Internal Auditor / Team Leader Expert on progress
Work independently, raising any challenges to the Senior Internal Auditor / Team Leader Expert to ensure timely task completion
Support Senior Internal Auditors / Team Leader Expert to facilitate daily operations and audit task execution
Conduct research and analysis to support the team's understanding of legislative requirements and complex issues, presenting findings clearly
Assist in creating documents and presentations outlining issues, solutions, and implications
Evaluate internal controls, conduct audits, prepare work papers, and document findings during financial, operational, and compliance audits
Understand industry risks and processes and assist in drafting the Risk and Initial Assessment Summary
Contribute to planning documentation and assist in applying sampling methodology
Prepare the Business Process, Risk & Control Matrix for review by the Senior Internal Auditor / Team Leader Expert
Challenge and provide input to the Audit Program
Conduct audit tests, ensuring high-quality working papers
Identify issues, draft audit findings, and submit them for review
Assist in drafting the Internal Audit report and completing quality assurance documentation
Handle basic administrative duties and carry out other tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Junior internal Audit role
Exposure to the financial services space will be beneficial
Flexible and adaptable
Strong communication skills

Qualification:
Completed BCom or Btech degree in Finance or Internal Audit
