Desired Experience & Qualification

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred, other suitable qualifications will be considered as well.
• Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Companies Act of South Africa, tax laws, and financial regulations in South Africa.
• Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financial technologies and ERP systems.
