Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input and assist with the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan
- Oversee group financial management and administration, ensuring accurate and updated financial reports, compliance with financial reporting procedures, and efficient payroll system
- Ensure cost control through accurate budgeting, efficient cash flow management, and identification of financial risks
- Oversee financial analysis, provide credible financial advice to the management team, and ensure compliance with financial legislation
- Develop and oversee policies, monitor adherence to policies, and ensure legal compliance for good corporate governance
- Maintain positive relations with all stakeholders, resolve complaints, and ensure effective communication with internal customers
Day-to-day
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement the strategic plan
- Ensure accurate and updated financial reports and compliance with financial reporting procedures
- Analyze financial information and provide credible financial advice to the management team
- Develop and oversee policies for good corporate governance
- Maintain positive relations with stakeholders and ensure effective communication with internal customers
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Five years of experience in a similar role
- Registration as CA or Management Accountant (desirable)
- MBA (desirable)
