Job Overview:The purpose of the role is to support business effectiveness and efficiency by providing Workforce planning solutions that enables business decision-making. Develop a planning service culture which seeks to support the business and enables others to provide exceptional customer service and increase profits.Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage and inspire the planning team to deliver deep and insightful business information, analytics, forecasting and resource planning.Business Forecasting: Develop and implement workload, capacity and financial forecast models that allow for future planning in line with business requirements.Workforce Planning: Using forecasts provided, analyze the current workforce, and schedule sufficient resource at the relevant times of the day to ensure Clients' NET FTE requirements are met consistently.Real Time Analysis: Ensure that work schedules, performance KPI's and NET FTE Requirements are met by real time and intraday management of resources.Job Requirements:3-5years' experience in the Same /Similar roleNational senior certificate -Grade 12Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Skills Required: LeadershipAdaptabilityCommunicationTeam PlayerAdvanced reporting skills ( Excel)Core Behavior:Huntswood's employees are described as dependable, driven and collaborative.
