We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic, and busy team based in Wanaka. As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for Accounts payable processes, including processing invoices in our system, uploading and preparing payments through Xero, and working collaboratively with our Sales team to ensure all payments are made efficiently and correctly. This role is Fixed Term starting ASAP - 17th April 2025 to support our busy summer season.

What does the Role looks like?
- Assisting with accounts payable
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Dealing with supplier and team member queries and ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Providing general support to the accounts team
- Possible support for Australian Finance operations
Requirements
- Accounts payable experience preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Confidence with excel
- To be a strong team player with a ‘can do attitude'
- Experience in the travel industry is advantageous
