Job Description
Equifind are working with a boutique financial advisory business based in Soho that are looking to add a Finance Manager to the team. To date they now boast over 120 heads in London and are looking to scale very quickly! They primarily target sectors such as real estate, Infrastructure, private equity & venture capital, technology and professional services.
Your role will be heading up the Infrastructure & Renewable energy division, with 5 hires below, all at various levels of studies. It’s a brilliant role for someone qualified with a few years PQE that are looking to step up and manage a larger team.

What will you be doing?
- Manage the financial reporting for a large portfolio of clients, including but not limited to bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts with UK GAAP & IFRS
- Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and year end deliverables are completed to a high-quality standard
- Leading and developing a team of direct reports, including managing performance, setting goals and ongoing training.
- Onboarding new clients including the preparation of proposals and engagement letters
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
Application Criteria:
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Posses a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Preferably trained in audit or in similar financial reporting role
- Team management of a minimum of three
- Strong communication skills
Compensation:
- £70,000 - £85,000 base salary
- Annual performance related bonus
- 25 days annual leave - option to buy a further 5
