As a Financial Accountant, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting the month-end timetable and providing key management information. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing key balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals and prepayments.
- Maintaining and updating the fixed asset register.
- Completing bank reconciliations with precision and timeliness.
- Supporting month-end processes and contributing to the development of management information suites.
- Handling ad hoc financial duties as required to support the team.
Skills & Experience
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, with the ability to work with complex formulas and data analysis.
- Knowledge of SAGE is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Offering
- Salary £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
- Hours 9am - 5pm
