Job Overview

The Accountant position at KAFMAR Environmental Services LLP is a full-time role based in South Goa. The role is positioned at the junior level and requires a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As a Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of financial activities and ensuring the company's financial health.

Qualifications and Skill
  • Proven experience in Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill) with a thorough understanding of financial data analysis.
  • Proficient in Financial Analysis (Mandatory skill) to enhance the company's performance by identifying trends and financial status.
  • Experience in Auditing (Mandatory skill) to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to develop and monitor budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Skilled in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Knowledge in Tax Preparation for calculating and filing taxes timely and accurately.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial records.
  • CPA Certification or similar professional certification to validate your expertise and commitment to the field.

  • Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial norms and identify potential discrepancies.

  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data consistency and accuracy.
  • Compile and file tax documents in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GAAP and ensure all financial reporting adheres to these standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance the overall financial framework.
