The Role:As a Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business, providing insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Business Partnering: Collaborating closely with leadership teams across functions such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align financial goals with business strategies.
  • Financial Reporting: Leading the preparation of financial reports and providing clear analysis of performance drivers.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks, and highlighting opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Delivering actionable insights for critical business decisions, including investments and market expansions.
  • Cost Management: Supporting pricing strategies and product cost analysis to drive profitability.

What We're Looking For:We're on the hunt for an ambitious and driven finance professional who's eager to grow and thrive. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
  • A commercial mindset, with a proven ability to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • The confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
