We're looking for a strategic financial leader to join us at the ground floor with deferred compensation structure until fundraising.

Key

Responsibilities:


- Set up and manage complete financial infrastructure for a healthcare-tech startup

- Design financial strategies aligned with startup and healthcare regulations

- Structure payment systems including cryptocurrency, insurance billing, and subscription models

- Ensure compliance with healthcare payment regulations and data protection laws

- Lead fundraising preparation including financial modeling and investor presentations

- Manage tax planning, auditing, and statutory compliance

- Establish financial controls and reporting systems

- Handle employee benefit programs and payroll structures

Required Qualifications:

- CA with active membership in ICAI

- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in healthcare/tech startups

- Deep understanding of Indian healthcare regulations and compliance

- Experience with international payment systems and cryptocurrency regulations

- Knowledge of HIPAA or similar healthcare data protection standards

- Expertise in startup fundraising and investor relations

Preferred:

- Additional certifications: CFA/MBA/CS/CPA

- Experience with healthcare insurance billing systems

- International taxation knowledge

- Exposure to VC funding rounds and term sheets
