Prepare weekly attendance registers and distribute to operations team.
Collate and ensure completeness of attendance registers
Update Payroll Specialist with any changes in learner details and status.
Liaise with Payroll specialist in relation to learner stipend queries.
Point of contact for Journey administrators in relation to onboarding on learner queries.
Support the Payroll Specialist to ensure payroll is processed timeously.
