Job Overview
Head of Finance role for the UK Group with additional supporting responsibility within the US parent Group. Duties include:-
leading and developing the team Review & improve the control environment within the Finance function and influence control environments across other Group functions Implement robust financial procedures and processes Manage and develop the Finance team based across 3 sites (UK & Vietnam)
Own and manage the month-end process delivering both the UK Group Consolidated MI and US Group Consolidated MI Take ownership in understanding trading performance and identifying key trends Develop reporting systems and models for improved reporting outputs

Job Overview
Head of Finance role for the UK Group with additional supporting responsibility within the US parent Group. Duties include:-
- Overseeing UK Group’s operational accounting and control arrangements , including:-
- Developing the quality and timeliness of operational and financial reporting of the Group
- Focussing on improving working capital efficiency and driving cash conversion cycle, through monitoring and management of Debtors, Creditors and Inventory
- Business partner with Commercial and Operations teams to drive efficiency
- Preparation of rolling cash forecast
- Assist with the annual budget process & in-year reforecasting
- Work with external advisors on ensuring tax compliance of the Group
- Ensuring all other reporting is complaint with statutory law and financial regulations
- Manage the UK Group Audit process
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Manufacturing experience desirable
- Strong systems experience / skills
- Strong Excel skills with experience of developing working financial models
- Working knowledge of accounting standards including IFRS and US GAAP
