Job Description
Join one of South Africa's most successful fund management companies and take responsibility for the monthly and quarterly publication of their key fund information. As part of the Personal Investments team, your primary role is to ensure the accurate and timely distribution of asset information in fund fact sheets, presentation decks, web reporting and other media. Use your experience and analytical skills to recommend and implement new processes and enhanced disclosures. Use your meticulous attention to detail to ensure high quality output. Represent Personal Investments in the enterprise search and implementation of a modern reporting system capable of meeting the business' current and future needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate, update, and proof collateral outputs, including Fund Fact Sheets, management packs, and roadshow storyboards.
Analyze competitor landscape, focusing on fund disclosures, best practices, and performance reporting.
Develop compliant collateral for new product launches.
Address asset-side queries to support the Investment Specialist team.
Stay informed on industry and competitor trends.
Establish best practices and implement a robust QA process for collateral design and distribution.
Ensure regulatory compliance and represent the company in ASISA working groups.
Scope, track, and test tasks for strategic project support.
Support the Head of Personal Investments and the Strategy Execution Manager.
Ideal Experience
3+ years' experience working in the asset management industry.
Solid grasp of the regulatory environment governing collective investment schemes
Experience working with fund data.
Ideal Qualifications
A completed Bachelor's Degree in commerce or related fields is required
Exceptional mathematical achievement in matric is required.
Most Important Attribute

Well organized
Good at multi-tasking
Technically proficient
Systems Knowledge
Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel
Proficient at the Microsoft Office Suite of products including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams.
