Due to company growth, we have a full time, permanent opening for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team based at our Head Office in High Wycombe. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude. Ideally, we are seeking someone with previous experience in a financial environment however, this is not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Assisting with purchase ledgers
• Raising purchase orders
• Processing invoices and expense forms
• Support the finance team with various administrative tasks

• Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
• Ability to prioritise workloads and stay organised
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Initiative when working alone as well as being able to work within a team
