Our client based in Maitland requires a proactive Finance Assistant who will assist with debtor's accounts, perform costings using Excel, and provide vital support with various ad hoc administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS
Matric
2 - 3 years finance and admin support experience
Computer Literate - Excel and Word experience - Essential
Stock experience advantageous
Forex not required but advantageous
Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)
Very confident, a team player who is well-spoken and presentable
Working Hours -Mon - Thurs 08:00 to 16:30 / Friday 08:00 to 15:00
DUTIES
Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Finance and HR Managers
Manage follow-ups on outstanding debtors and distribute debtor statements via email
Address debtor inquiries and promptly send requested invoices and statements
Support creditor processes by handling supplier invoice processing
Assist in preparing and analysing costings using Excel spreadsheets
Perform general ad hoc administrative and financial tasks as needed
