Responsibilities:
Performance Improvement:
- Build strong relationships with partners to deliver commercial benefits.
- Identify and implement profit improvement plans.
- Support team leaders in presenting plans to the Operations Board.
- Enhance financial literacy of fee earners.
- Drive performance against budget and improvement plans.
- Focus on working capital improvement.
- Participate in management meetings.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Pricing:
- Lead the creation of pricing proposals.
- Present proposals to the pricing governance board.
- Improve pricing practices through lessons learnt.
Finance Operations:
- Create monthly performance analysis for board reporting.
- Act as the main Finance contact for the assigned group.
- Facilitate finance improvement projects.
- Improve standardised analysis and reduce ad hoc requirements.
- Manage budgeting and reforecasting processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Strong experience in FP&A or business partnering roles.
- Proven ability to drive profitability improvement.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency in financial modelling.
- Experience in creating B2B pricing proposals.
- Practical experience in costing.
- Cross-functional project experience.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Power apps.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
