Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing thought leadership through advanced data and analytics in Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Liquidity Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Valuation, and Financial Forecasting.
This role is pivotal in maintaining and automating financial analytical reports and dashboards, requiring a deep understanding of complex financial data and databases. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Risk, and Profitability departments to drive strategic financial insights.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing thought leadership through advanced data and analytics in Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Liquidity Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Valuation, and Financial Forecasting.
This role is pivotal in maintaining and automating financial analytical reports and dashboards, requiring a deep understanding of complex financial data and databases. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Risk, and Profitability departments to drive strategic financial insights.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial Asset Liability Management (ALM) models using Empyrean, Excel, and SQL
- Create and maintain automated processes leveraging Excel, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- Advise finance subsidiaries on treasury management activities and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
- Provide analytical support for management forums, including Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) decisions
- Conduct comprehensive balance sheet analysis and build ALM strategies
- Analyze economic impacts and support strategic proposals and market transactions
Required Experience/Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with complex formula expertise
- 3 years of SQL experience
- VBA Macro development skills
- Medium treasury experience
- Strong Asset Liability Management (ALM) background
- Robust financial reporting capabilities
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Strong exposure to fixed income finance instruments
- Expertise in managing financial instrumental data
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ALM Tools like Empyrean/Bancware/QRM
- Familiarity with SmartView/Essbase
- Background in financial technology and innovative analytical approaches
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
