LHH is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Leader for our client in Houston, Texas. This is a direct hire, fully onsite position.

As the Revenue Cycle Leader, you will play a critical role in the organization by overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes. You will be a trusted advisor to executive leaders, providing expert guidance on denials and collections. Your leadership will be essential in making assessments, providing recommendations, and leading a dedicated team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the revenue cycle department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Analyze and address denials and collections, implementing strategies to improve outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to executive leaders on revenue cycle improvements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance revenue cycle performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on revenue cycle metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Revenue Cycle leadership experience. 10+ years of revenue cycle experience overall.
- Expertise in denials and collections management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas.
