Morgan McKinley is delighted to be supporting a fantastic B-Corp business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner for a growing business based in Central Bristol.

This opportunity reports directly to the Financial Director and offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop their career.

Responsibilities for this role include (and are certainly not limited to):
  • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive project profitability
  • Support on budgets and mid year forecasts
  • Assisting with setting up of policies and procedures
  • Support systemisation of finance function
  • Update P2P and O2C process
  • Presenting on sales information and sales pipeline

Key things:
  • Qualified or Finalist (QBE will be considered)
  • Experience of preparing monthly management accounts
  • Good system knowledge
  • Good excel skills
  • Comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders

Package:
  • Salary - £50,000 - £55,000
  • Time in office - 2 days
  • 30 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 3 volunteering days
  • 5% pension contribution
