About the Role

As our new Invoicing, Banking, and Receipting Team Leader, you will be at the helm of a critical team that ensures the smooth flow of financial transactions. With a team of six talented individuals, you'll oversee everything from cash allocation to monthly invoicing, driving performance to meet KPIs, and continuously improving financial processes. You'll be our go-to expert, managing reconciliations, system troubleshooting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the invoicing, banking, and receivables team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and payments.
  • Be the go-to expert for resolving unallocated payments and system discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Collections team to resolve outstanding issues quickly and effectively.
  • Review and improve processes, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead monthly meetings and contribute to strategic discussions for process improvements.
