Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's/University degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis.
- In-depth financial reporting and analysis on the Data Book of Work.
- Understanding and articulating changes to the financial metrics and headcount associated with the data book of work.
- Experience with Excel and large data sets.
- Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
- Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design.
What You Will Be Doing
- Track and rationalize change management process related to the Book of Work.
- Monitor Investment Requests and project-related financial measures across the data book of work.
- Provide day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and action management, coordination and execution of plans within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
- Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members.
- Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and managing to resolution or escalating accordingly.
- Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
