A well-known global technology services business is recruiting for a FP&A Manager position. You will operate at a strategic level across various functions and be an integral part of the FP&A team. You will report to the Financial Director, partner with senior leadership and have significant exposure to the board and shareholders.

The business is going through a period of rapid expansion, continuing to build on the impressive growth achieved to date. This will include supporting senior leadership around Finance and Analytical activity. You will drive the finance agenda and business partner across in department operations. You will ensure the correct decision making and initiatives are evaluated productively.

You will ultimately drive the delivery of FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for strategic planning and projects, financial modelling, and financial planning. This team will provide the CFO, board and shareholders with the financial insight required to make decisions. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a significant amount of ad-hoc analysis and project work on behalf of the CEO and CFO. Naturally, you will drive improvements to systems and process from a senior level.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within Salesforce as a software. You will demonstrate the capability and adaptability to partner colleagues at the most senior level and drive business performance.
