We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of FP&A to join a rapidly growing business, generating £50 million in turnover, located near Oxford. This role offers flexibility, with the expectation of being on-site just once a week, or potentially once every two weeks. The company, a cutting-edge tech business with a strong track record, is privately backed and is expected to exit within two years.

The salary on offer is £130,000 + 20% bonus, and an exit completion bonus of 50-100% of your salary.

As part of the senior leadership team, your focus will be on developing and executing the strategic plan, preparing the business for exit, overseeing due diligence for M&A activities, and compiling materials for the Private Equity firm. Your responsibilities will include cash flow modeling, budgeting, and business partnering with IT, Marketing, and Operations functions.

You'll lead a team of two FP&A Managers and collaborate closely with the senior finance leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO. We're seeking a candidate with advanced data capabilities, including experience in SQL, building dashboards in Power BI, and extracting and analyzing data from multiple ERP systems to provide insightful, forward-looking information. This role offers a unique blend of FP&A strategy and a strong focus on technology and data.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain private equity exit experience. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a solid background in FP&A, and have hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI. Previous team management experience is also essential.
