Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end processes, including preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Lead the budgeting process and develop robust rolling forecasts.
- Maintain strong financial controls and implement process improvements to support scalability.
- Manage external relationships, including banks, auditors, and insurance brokers.
- Mentor and develop a collaborative finance team.
- Deputise for the CFO when required, ensuring seamless leadership during critical periods.
What We're Looking For:
- ACCA/CIMA-qualified accountant with experience producing management accounts and leading finance teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally in asset-based industries or scaling businesses. We are open to candidates from any sector background.
- Experience with financial audits, ERP systems, and driving operational efficiencies.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with strong leadership skills.

Package:
Salary:
