Make an impact at SercoAs a Finance Business Partner in the ASPAC Finance team, you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insights, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with Business Unit Finance and General Managers to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals and standards.As a Finance Business Partner, you'll make a positive impact by:Acting as a trusted and accessible advisor to Business Unit Finance and General ManagersSupporting month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reportingEnsuring financial records, forecasts, and budgets are precise and well-documentedProviding meaningful analysis and insights for strategic decision-makingIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficienciesSupporting the team with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis tasks
Serco is a place for youYour ideal skills & experience:Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) or relevant experienceStrong SAP ECC and Data Warehouse experienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsProven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsDemonstrated commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
