About the Role
The Junior Accounting Manager position will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily finance operations of the Australia & New Zealand businesses. The Junior Accounting Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the management, coordination, execution, and completion, of all finance activities under scope for Balt Australia Pty Ltd & Balt New Zealand Limited.This role requires a versatile and experienced individual who is results-focused and eager to contribute to a growing business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, technical, and analytical skills, with the ability to exercise sound independent judgement in a variety of situations. Strong financial process and communication skills, along with exceptional organisational abilities, are crucial for handling the various daily priorities. The successful candidate will understand the importance of maintaining sensitive business information and managing the financial operations effectively. This position will oversee all general accounting functions for the Australia & New Zealand business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash forecasting, budgeting, general ledger, reporting and tax responsibilities. The Junior Accounting Manager will work closely with external accounting firms and the international finance team on a regular basis.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Minimum 3-years relevant accounting experience or similar.Knowledge of IFRS standards would be a plus.Excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple prioritiesTechnical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook. And other financial and ERP systems.
